
Healthy Chinese Beef and Broccoli

Ingredients:
- 1 pound Sirloin steak
- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Ginger
- 1/4 cup Low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
Instructions:
- Slice the beef into thin strips against the grain.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the garlic, ginger, soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, and water.
- Heat the sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef to the pan and cook until browned on all sides.
- Add the broccoli to the pan and cook until tender, about 3-5 minutes.
- Pour the sauce over the beef and broccoli, stirring to combine.
- Continue cooking for an additional 2 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
- Serve the beef and broccoli over steamed rice, if desired.
