Healthy Baked Salmon with Lemon and Dill

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces Salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh dill
  • 1 whole Lemon
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
  2. While the oven is heating, lay out the salmon fillets on a baking sheet. Brush each fillet with olive oil.
  3. Chop the fresh dill and sprinkle it evenly over the salmon fillets. Grate the zest of the lemon over the fillets.
  4. Season the salmon with salt and pepper, according to your taste preference.
  5. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice of one half over the salmon fillets.
  6. Place the salmon in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Serve the salmon hot, garnished with slices from the remaining half of the lemon. Enjoy your healthy and delicious snack!
