
Healthy Baked Salmon with Lemon and Dill

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces Salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Fresh dill
- 1 whole Lemon
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
- While the oven is heating, lay out the salmon fillets on a baking sheet. Brush each fillet with olive oil.
- Chop the fresh dill and sprinkle it evenly over the salmon fillets. Grate the zest of the lemon over the fillets.
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper, according to your taste preference.
- Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice of one half over the salmon fillets.
- Place the salmon in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
