Healthy Baked Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Pork tenderloin
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Rub the pork tenderloin all over with the olive oil. In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Rub the herb mixture all over the pork tenderloin. Place the pork on a roasting tray.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the tenderloin reads 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
  5. Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
