
Healthy Baked Chicken Breast

Ingredients:
- 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Dried basil leaves
- 1 Lemon
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Rub the chicken breasts all over with the olive oil.
- In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried basil leaves.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mix evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice the lemon in half and squeeze the juice from one half over the cooked chicken. Serve the other half of the lemon in slices on the side.
