Healthy Baked Chicken Breast

Ingredients:

  • 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Dried basil leaves
  • 1 Lemon

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Rub the chicken breasts all over with the olive oil.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried basil leaves.
  4. Sprinkle the seasoning mix evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
  5. Place the chicken in a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Slice the lemon in half and squeeze the juice from one half over the cooked chicken. Serve the other half of the lemon in slices on the side.
