Healthy American Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 whole Apples
  • 2 whole Bananas
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 2 whole Oranges
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Honey

Instructions:

  1. First, wash all of your fruit thoroughly to ensure it's clean.
  2. Core the apples and dice them into bite-sized pieces. Do the same for the bananas.
  3. Peel the oranges and separate them into sections.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the apples, bananas, blueberries, and oranges.
  5. Drizzle the lemon juice and honey over the fruit. This will keep the apples and bananas from browning, and add a bit of additional sweetness.
  6. Toss everything together until well mixed.
  7. Serve immediately, or cover and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
