
Healthy American Breakfast Pork Chops

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces Boneless Pork Chops
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
- 1 zest and juice Lemon
- as needed Steamed Vegetables
Instructions:
- Pat the pork chops dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat up 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Crush garlic cloves and add to the pan, stirring until fragrant.
- Add the pork chops to the pan and cook on each side for about 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Sprinkle fresh rosemary over the pork chops and add the lemon zest.
- Squeeze the lemon's juice over the pork chops and continue to cook for another 3-5 minutes.
- Serve the pork chops with steamed vegetables on the side for a complete, healthy meal.
