Healthy American Breakfast Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces Boneless Pork Chops
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper
  • 1 zest and juice Lemon
  • as needed Steamed Vegetables

Instructions:

  1. Pat the pork chops dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat up 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. Crush garlic cloves and add to the pan, stirring until fragrant.
  4. Add the pork chops to the pan and cook on each side for about 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. Sprinkle fresh rosemary over the pork chops and add the lemon zest.
  6. Squeeze the lemon's juice over the pork chops and continue to cook for another 3-5 minutes.
  7. Serve the pork chops with steamed vegetables on the side for a complete, healthy meal.
