
Grilled Shrimp Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 pound Large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 bag Mixed Leafy Greens
- 2 medium sized Tomatoes
- 1 medium sized Cucumber
- 1/2 small sized Red onion
- 1 bottle Honey Dijon dressing
Instructions:
- Preheat the grill on medium heat and oil the grate.
- In a bowl, mix the shrimp, olive oil, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Lay the shrimp on the grill and cook each side for 2-3 minutes or until they are opaque.
- In a large bowl, mix the leafy greens, diced tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, and sliced red onions.
- Add the grilled shrimp to the salad mix.
- Drizzle the salad with honey Dijon dressing or serve it on the side.
- Toss the salad gently to mix all the ingredients.
