
Grilled Miso Salmon Donburi

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces Salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons White miso paste
- 1 tablespoon Mirin
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Grated ginger
- 4 bowls Steamed rice
- 2 pieces Spring onions
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
Instructions:
- 1. In a bowl, combine miso paste, mirin, soy sauce, and ginger to make a marinade.
- 2. Add salmon fillets to the marinade and make sure they are fully coated. Allow it to marinate for at least 20 minutes.
- 3. Preheat your grill or broiler. Cook the salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- 4. Slice spring onions into thin slices.
- 5. To serve, place a portion of steamed rice in a bowl, top with a grilled salmon fillet, and sprinkle with spring onions and sesame seeds.
