
Grilled Miso Salmon

Ingredients:
- 4 pcs Salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons White miso paste
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Mirin
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 pcs Spring onions (sliced)
- 1 tablespoon Ginger (minced)
- 1 cloves Garlic (minced)
Instructions:
- Prepare the marinade by combining the white miso paste, soy sauce, mirin, sugar, ginger and garlic in a bowl. Ensure the sugar is well dissolved.
- Coat the salmon fillets with the marinade, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight if possible).
- Preheat grill on medium heat. Remove the fillets from the marinade and wipe off excess. Place on the grill and cook for about 7-8 minutes per side or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with spring onion and serve with steamed rice on the side for a balanced meal.
