Ingredients:
- 4 pieces Fish fillets
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespon Fresh parsley
- 2 pieces Garlic cloves
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, chopped parsley, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Coat fish fillets with the mixture and let them marinate for about 30 minutes.
