Grilled Lemon Herb Fish Fillets

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces Fish fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespon Fresh parsley
  • 2 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, chopped parsley, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Coat fish fillets with the mixture and let them marinate for about 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  4. Grill the fish fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Serve the grilled fish fillets with a side of steamed vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete, healthy meal.
