Grilled Fish Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces White fish fillets
  • 2 whole Lime, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 8 pieces Corn tortillas
  • 1 bunch Fresh cilantro
  • 1 whole Red onion
  • 2 whole Avocado

Instructions:

  1. In a large dish, combine the lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, pepper, and olive oil to make a marinade.
  2. Add the fish fillets to the marinade, making sure they are fully coated. Let them marinate in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill on high heat.
  4. Grill the fish for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until it's cooked through and flaky.
  5. While the fish is grilling, chop the cilantro and dice the red onion and avocado.
  6. Warm the tortillas on the grill and then assemble your tacos: put a piece of grilled fish on each tortilla and top with the chopped cilantro, diced red onion, and diced avocado.
