
Grilled Fish Tacos

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces White fish fillets
- 2 whole Lime, juiced
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 8 pieces Corn tortillas
- 1 bunch Fresh cilantro
- 1 whole Red onion
- 2 whole Avocado
Instructions:
- In a large dish, combine the lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, pepper, and olive oil to make a marinade.
- Add the fish fillets to the marinade, making sure they are fully coated. Let them marinate in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Preheat your grill on high heat.
- Grill the fish for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until it's cooked through and flaky.
- While the fish is grilling, chop the cilantro and dice the red onion and avocado.
- Warm the tortillas on the grill and then assemble your tacos: put a piece of grilled fish on each tortilla and top with the chopped cilantro, diced red onion, and diced avocado.
