Grilled Chicken Salad with Seasonal Fruits

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 cups Mixed salad greens
  • 2 cups Seasonal fruits (e.g., strawberries, oranges, apples, grapes)
  • 1 cup Balsamic vinaigrette
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  2. Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  4. While the chicken is grilling, prep the salad by combining salad greens and seasonal fruits in a large bowl.
  5. Slice the grilled chicken and add to the salad.
  6. Drizzle the salad with balsamic vinaigrette and toss gently to combine.
