Ingredients:

  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1 medium ripe mango
  • 1 medium kiwi
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro
  • to taste salt
  • 1 optional jalapeno
  • 0.5 medium red onion

Instructions:

  1. 1. Dice the tomatoes, mango, kiwi and red onion into small pieces.
  2. 2. Finely chop the cilantro and jalapeno (if using).
  3. 3. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients together.
  4. 4. Squeeze lime juice over the mixture and add salt to taste.
  5. 5. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
