Ingredients:
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1 medium ripe mango
- 1 medium kiwi
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons cilantro
- to taste salt
- 1 optional jalapeno
- 0.5 medium red onion
Instructions:
- 1. Dice the tomatoes, mango, kiwi and red onion into small pieces.
- 2. Finely chop the cilantro and jalapeno (if using).
- 3. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients together.
- 4. Squeeze lime juice over the mixture and add salt to taste.
- 5. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- 6. Enjoy your fruity Mexican salsa with tortilla chips.
