
Fruit Poha

Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups Poha (flattened rice)
- 3 cups Water
- 1.5 cups Assorted Fruits (apples, bananas, grapes)
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon Cardamom powder
- 2 tablespoons Cashews or Almonds, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Clarified butter (ghee)
Instructions:
- Soak the poha in water for about 5 minutes until it's soft. Drain the water completely.
- In a pan, heat the clarified butter (ghee) and add the chopped nuts. Saute until they are golden brown.
- Add the soaked poha to the pan and stir. Then add sugar and cardamom powder and mix well.
- Add the chopped fruits and mix gently. Cook for about 5 minutes until all the ingredients are well combined.
- Serve your Fruit Poha hot or warm for a comforting Indian breakfast.
