
Fruit Pad Thai

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Rice Noodles
- 2 cups Mixed Fruits
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
- 1/4 cup Peanuts
Instructions:
- Soak the rice noodles in water for about 10 minutes until they are tender, and then drain.
- While the noodles are soaking, prepare the sauce by mixing the soy sauce, brown sugar, and lime juice in a small bowl.
- In a large pan over medium heat, add the mixed fruits and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until they are soft.
- Add the soaked and drained noodles to the pan with the fruits, and then pour the sauce over the top.
- Stir everything together for a few minutes until the noodles are fully coated in the sauce.
- Remove the pan from the heat and sprinkle the peanuts over the top before serving.
