Fruit Pad Thai

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams Rice Noodles
  • 2 cups Mixed Fruits
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1/4 cup Peanuts

Instructions:

  1. Soak the rice noodles in water for about 10 minutes until they are tender, and then drain.
  2. While the noodles are soaking, prepare the sauce by mixing the soy sauce, brown sugar, and lime juice in a small bowl.
  3. In a large pan over medium heat, add the mixed fruits and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until they are soft.
  4. Add the soaked and drained noodles to the pan with the fruits, and then pour the sauce over the top.
  5. Stir everything together for a few minutes until the noodles are fully coated in the sauce.
  6. Remove the pan from the heat and sprinkle the peanuts over the top before serving.
