
Fruit Frittata Italiana

Ingredients:
- 8 Eggs
- 2 cups Mixed fruits (berries, bananas, apples)
- 0.25 cup Whole milk
- 1 tbsp Granulated sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp Butter
- for dusting Powdered sugar
- 0.5 tsp Salt
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together eggs, milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Melt the butter in a large, oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the mixed fruits to the skillet and sauté until they start to soften, about 5 minutes
- Pour the egg mixture over the fruits in the skillet.
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake the frittata until it is golden brown and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, about 20-25 minutes.
- Remove the frittata from the oven and allow it to cool in the skillet for 5 minutes
- Sprinkle powdered sugar over the top of the frittata before slicing and serving.
