Fruit Frittata Italiana

Ingredients:

  • 8 Eggs
  • 2 cups Mixed fruits (berries, bananas, apples)
  • 0.25 cup Whole milk
  • 1 tbsp Granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • for dusting Powdered sugar
  • 0.5 tsp Salt

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat together eggs, milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Melt the butter in a large, oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the mixed fruits to the skillet and sauté until they start to soften, about 5 minutes
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the fruits in the skillet.
  5. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake the frittata until it is golden brown and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, about 20-25 minutes.
  6. Remove the frittata from the oven and allow it to cool in the skillet for 5 minutes
  7. Sprinkle powdered sugar over the top of the frittata before slicing and serving.
