
Fruit Bruschetta

Ingredients:
- 1 whole French baguette
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 whole garlic clove
- 2 large tomatoes
- 10 whole basil leaves
- 2 large peaches
- 1 drizzle balsamic glaze
- to taste salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill or a grill pan over medium heat.
- Slice the baguette diagonally into 1 inch thick slices.
- Brush both sides of the baguette slices with olive oil.
- Place the oiled slices on the grill, cook until toasted, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Cut the garlic cloves in half and rub the cut sides on the toasted baguette slices.
- Cut the tomatoes and peaches into small dices, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Basil leaves should be cut into thin stripes.
- Combine the diced tomatoes, peaches, and basil in a bowl, then heap the mixture onto the baguette slices.
- Finish off with a drizzle of balsamic glaze and serve immediately for best taste.
