Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Mixed Fresh Fruit (Strawberries, grapes, apples, bananas)
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Mint Leaves

Instructions:

  1. Wash and cut all the fruits into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a big bowl, mix honey and lemon juice till it forms a smooth mixture.
  3. Add the cut fruits and mix gently till all the pieces are coated with the honey-lemon mixture.
  4. Chop the fresh mint leaves finely and sprinkle on top for a refreshing flavor.
  5. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
