
French Style Omelette

Ingredients:
- 4 large Eggs
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Pepper
- Handful chopped Fresh herbs (chives, parsley, tarragon)
- 0.5 cup Gruyère Cheese
Instructions:
- Beat eggs in a bowl until blended, add salt and pepper.
- Heat butter in a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat until hot.
- Pour in egg mixture. As eggs start to set, gently pull the eggs across the pan with an inverted turner, forming large soft curds.
- Continue cooking — pulling, lifting and folding eggs — until thickened and no visible liquid egg remains. Do not stir constantly.
- Sprinkle the cheese evenly on one side of the omelet, then fold the omelet in half with the turner to cover the cheese.
- Remove from heat and let the omelet stand for a few minutes to allow the cheese to melt.
- Lastly, garnish the omelet with the fresh herbs before serving.
