
French Style Midnight Omelette

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 0.5 cup Grated Cheese
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Chives
Instructions:
- Crack the eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper and whisk until blended.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the butter and let it melt.
- Pour the eggs into the pan. Let the eggs cook for a couple of minutes until they start to set around the edges.
- Sprinkle the grated cheese evenly on the eggs.
- Cook for another 3-5 minutes until the cheese is melted and the omelette is cooked to your liking.
- Sprinkle the fresh chives over the omelette.
- Slide the omelette out of the pan onto a plate. Fold in half and serve immediately.
