- 4 whole Eggs
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 2 tablespoons Heavy cream
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Chives
Instructions:
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk until the yolks and whites are fully combined.
- Melt the butter in a non-stick pan over low heat.
- Add the whisked eggs to the pan, stirring constantly to prevent the eggs from sticking to the pan.
- Once the eggs start to set, add the heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Continue to stir until the eggs are creamy but still hold their shape.
- Remove the pan from the heat, sprinkle the scrambled eggs with fresh chives, and serve immediately with fresh, crusty French bread.
