French Style Creamy Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 4 whole Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Heavy cream
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Chives

Instructions:

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk until the yolks and whites are fully combined.
  2. Melt the butter in a non-stick pan over low heat.
  3. Add the whisked eggs to the pan, stirring constantly to prevent the eggs from sticking to the pan.
  4. Once the eggs start to set, add the heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Continue to stir until the eggs are creamy but still hold their shape.
  5. Remove the pan from the heat, sprinkle the scrambled eggs with fresh chives, and serve immediately with fresh, crusty French bread.
