
French Style Breakfast Risotto

Ingredients:
- 0.5 cup Arborio rice
- 2 cups Water
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 0.5 cup, diced White onion
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- 0.25 cup, grated Parmesan cheese
- for garnish Fresh parsley
Instructions:
- In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
- In a separate pan, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the diced onions until they are translucent.
- Stir the Arborio rice into the pan with the onions and cook for 2-3 minutes, until the rice starts to turn golden.
- Slowly pour the boiling water into the pan with the rice and onions, stirring constantly.
- Reduce the heat to low and cover the pan. Let the rice simmer for 15-20 minutes, until it is tender and has absorbed most of the water.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and season the risotto with salt and pepper according to your taste.
- Serve the breakfast risotto hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
