
French Style Beef Hash

Ingredients:
- 1 pound Beef
- 2 medium Potatoes
- 1 large Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- to taste Salt and Pepper
- 1 bunch Fresh Parsley
Instructions:
- Cut the beef into bite-size cubes.
- Peel and dice the potatoes and onion. Mince the garlic.
- Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the potatoes and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 15 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the beef and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
- Add the onions and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Return the potatoes to the skillet and mix everything together. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the mixture for another 5 minutes, or until everything is heated through.
- Garnish with the fresh parsley and serve immediately.
