
French Shrimp Crostini

Ingredients:
- 250 grams Shrimp
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 large Baguette
- 50 grams Butter
- 1 tablespoon Parsley
- from 1 lemon Lemon zest
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 200 degrees celsius.
- Peel and devein the shrimp, then cut into small pieces.
- Mince the garlic and mix half of it with the shrimp, adding 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Set aside.
- Slice the baguette into 1-inch thick slices and arrange them on a baking tray.
- Combine the butter, the rest of the garlic, the parsley, and lemon zest in a bowl. Spread this mixture on the baguette slices.
- Bake the baguette slices for 5 minutes, or until they become lightly golden.
- Heat the remaining olive oil in a pan over a medium heat. Add the shrimp and sauté for about 3-4 minutes, until they become pink.
- Top each of the toasted baguette slices with shrimp. Return to the oven for 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to blend together.
- Serve warm for a delightful, savory snack.
