French Roast Pork Loin

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs Boneless pork loin roast
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 sprigs Fresh rosemary
- 4 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper
- 1 cup Dry white wine
- 1 cup Chicken stock
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Rub the pork loin with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place the pork loin in a roasting pan. Pour the white wine and chicken stock into the pan around the loin.
- Top the pork with sprigs of fresh rosemary.
- Roast for about 2 hours, or until the internal temperature of pork reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Let the pork rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
