French Roast Pork Loin

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs Boneless pork loin roast
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 sprigs Fresh rosemary
  • 4 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 cup Dry white wine
  • 1 cup Chicken stock

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Rub the pork loin with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the pork loin in a roasting pan. Pour the white wine and chicken stock into the pan around the loin.
  4. Top the pork with sprigs of fresh rosemary.
  5. Roast for about 2 hours, or until the internal temperature of pork reaches 145°F (63°C).
  6. Let the pork rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
