French Morning Comfort Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams Fettuccine Pasta
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 4 tbs Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbs Chopped fresh parsley
  • to taste Salt and black pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta according to package instructions; drain well.
  2. While pasta is cooking, melt butter in a medium heat pan.
  3. Add garlic to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, and cook for a few minutes until heated through.
  5. After draining the pasta, stir it into the pan with cream and garlic.
  6. Add Parmesan cheese, stirring it in until it melts into a sauce.
  7. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve the pasta hot, garnished with the fresh parsley.
