
French Fruit Tartlets

Ingredients:
- 8 pieces Pre-made tartlets shells
- 2 cups Assorted fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, peaches, etc.)
- 0.5 cup Sugar
- 2 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 0.5 cup Water
- 1 tbsp Unsalted butter
Instructions:
- 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. Place the pre-made tartlet shells onto a baking sheet and cook in the preheated oven for 5 to 10 minutes, or just until slightly golden.
- 3. While tartlet shells are baking, chop the fruits into small pieces.
- 4. In a saucepan over medium heat, add sugar, cornstarch, water, and vanilla extract. Stir regularly until the sauce starts to thicken.
- 5. Add the chopped fruits into the saucepan and mix until the fruits are evenly coated with the sauce.
- 6. Remove tartlet shells from the oven and fill each one with the fruit mixture.
- 7. Return the filled tartlets to the oven and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes, or until the fruits are tender and the sauce is bubbly.
- 8. Take the tartlets out of the oven and let them cool before serving.
