Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup almond meal
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 piece egg
  • 2 cups ripe fruits (like strawberries, peaches, or plums)
  • 1/3 cup fruit preserve or jam of your choice

Instructions:

  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, butter, sugar, almond meal, and vanilla. Mix until the dough comes together.
