
French Fruit Salad Provencal

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Mixed Berries (Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries)
- 2 whole Oranges
- 1 large Apple
- 1 tablespoons Honey
- 8 leaves Mint Leaves
- 1 whole Lemon
- 0.5 cup Greek Yogurt
Instructions:
- Wash all the fruits thoroughly. Peel the oranges and seperate into segments. Cut the apple into small pieces. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon.
- Combine all the fresh fruits in a large salad bowl. Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice and honey. Toss well to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
- When ready to serve, divide the fruit salad among two bowls. Top each with a dollop of Greek yogurt and a sprinkle of fresh mint leaves. Enjoy this healthy and delicious French fruit salad at midnight or any time of the day!
