French Fruit Salad Provencal

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Mixed Berries (Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries)
  • 2 whole Oranges
  • 1 large Apple
  • 1 tablespoons Honey
  • 8 leaves Mint Leaves
  • 1 whole Lemon
  • 0.5 cup Greek Yogurt

Instructions:

  1. Wash all the fruits thoroughly. Peel the oranges and seperate into segments. Cut the apple into small pieces. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon.
  2. Combine all the fresh fruits in a large salad bowl. Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice and honey. Toss well to combine.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
  4. When ready to serve, divide the fruit salad among two bowls. Top each with a dollop of Greek yogurt and a sprinkle of fresh mint leaves. Enjoy this healthy and delicious French fruit salad at midnight or any time of the day!
