
French Chicken Tartines

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces Sourdough bread slices
- 2 cups Chicken breast, grilled and sliced
- 2 medium Ripe Tomatoes
- 1 whole Garlic Clove
- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat the grill on medium heat.
- Rub each slice of sourdough bread with the garlic clove, then brush each slice with olive oil.
- Grill the bread slices until they are golden and crispy.
- Spread a layer of Dijon mustard over each slice of bread.
- Place a layer of grilled chicken slices on each piece of bread.
- Slice the tomatoes and layer onto the chicken.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and drizzle with remaining olive oil.
- Return the tartines to the grill for a further 2-3 minutes, or until the chicken is warmed through and the tomatoes are slightly softened.
- Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
