
Fish Tikka Masala

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Boneless Fish Fillets
- 1/4 cup Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- to taste Salt
- for cooking Oil
- 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup Tomato Puree
- 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Cream
- a handful Coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl add the boneless fish, yogurt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well so that the fish is nicely coated. Set it aside for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add the marinated fish to the pan and cook on medium heat until it's fully cooked. It will take about 5-6 minutes. Once it's done, set aside.
- In the same pan, add chopped onion. Cook till it turns slightly golden.
- Add the tomato puree and cook for a few minutes.
- Now, add the garam masala to the pan and mix well.
- Finally, add the cooked fish into the pan. Coat the fish nicely with the masala. Cook for a couple more minutes.
- Turn off the flame and add fresh cream and garnish with coriander leaves before serving.
- Serve hot with rice or naan.
