
Fish Cakes with Sweet Thai Dipping Sauce

Ingredients:
- 500 grams White Fish Fillets
- 2 tablespoons Thai Red Curry Paste
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup Green Beans
- for frying Oil
- 1/2 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
- a handful Cilantro Leaves
Instructions:
- First, place the fish, Thai red curry paste, and egg into a food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Next, finely chop the green beans and mix them into the fish mixture.
- Shape the mixture into small cake shapes with your hands. This should yield around 12 fish cakes.
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan on medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the fish cakes. Cook them for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they become golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve the fish cakes warm with sweet chili sauce for dipping and garnish with cilantro leaves.
