Fish Cakes with Sweet Thai Dipping Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams White Fish Fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Thai Red Curry Paste
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Green Beans
  • for frying Oil
  • 1/2 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
  • a handful Cilantro Leaves

Instructions:

  1. First, place the fish, Thai red curry paste, and egg into a food processor. Blend until smooth.
  2. Next, finely chop the green beans and mix them into the fish mixture.
  3. Shape the mixture into small cake shapes with your hands. This should yield around 12 fish cakes.
  4. Heat the oil in a large frying pan on medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the fish cakes. Cook them for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they become golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Serve the fish cakes warm with sweet chili sauce for dipping and garnish with cilantro leaves.
