
Exotic Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Broccoli
- 1 Cup Carrots
- 1 Red bell pepper
- 1 Cup Snow peas
- 1 Cup Baby corn
- 1 Zucchini
- 2 Tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp Ginger
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- To taste Black pepper
Instructions:
- Chop all the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat the sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the ginger and garlic to the pan and fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add all the vegetables to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes, until they start to soften.
- Drizzle the soy sauce over the vegetables, season with black pepper, and stir well to combine.
- Continue cooking for another 3-5 minutes, until the vegetables are cooked to your liking.
- Serve the stir fry hot, on its own or with a side of rice or noodles.
