Exotic Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Broccoli
  • 1 Cup Carrots
  • 1 Red bell pepper
  • 1 Cup Snow peas
  • 1 Cup Baby corn
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 2 Tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • To taste Black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Chop all the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat the sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the ginger and garlic to the pan and fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add all the vegetables to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes, until they start to soften.
  5. Drizzle the soy sauce over the vegetables, season with black pepper, and stir well to combine.
  6. Continue cooking for another 3-5 minutes, until the vegetables are cooked to your liking.
  7. Serve the stir fry hot, on its own or with a side of rice or noodles.
