Exotic Thai Scrambled Eggs with Tofu

Ingredients:

  • 4 units Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Silken Tofu
  • 2 Stalks Green onions
  • 2 peppers Thai Chili peppers
  • 2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 unit Lime
  • 2 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • Handful Fresh basil leaves

Instructions:

  1. Beat eggs in a bowl and cut tofu into small pieces.
  2. Chop green onions and thinly slice Thai Chili peppers.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Add green onions and Thai Chili to the pan and sauté for a minute.
  4. Next, add the beaten eggs and tofu to the pan. Let it cook for a few minutes without stirring, then gently scramble the eggs.
  5. Once the eggs and tofu are thoroughly cooked, add the soy sauce.
  6. Turn off the heat and squeeze the lime juice over the scrambled eggs.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve.
