
Exotic Thai Scrambled Eggs with Tofu

Ingredients:
- 4 units Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Silken Tofu
- 2 Stalks Green onions
- 2 peppers Thai Chili peppers
- 2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 unit Lime
- 2 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- Handful Fresh basil leaves
Instructions:
- Beat eggs in a bowl and cut tofu into small pieces.
- Chop green onions and thinly slice Thai Chili peppers.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add green onions and Thai Chili to the pan and sauté for a minute.
- Next, add the beaten eggs and tofu to the pan. Let it cook for a few minutes without stirring, then gently scramble the eggs.
- Once the eggs and tofu are thoroughly cooked, add the soy sauce.
- Turn off the heat and squeeze the lime juice over the scrambled eggs.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve.
