Ingredients:

  • 4 cups cubed Mixed tropical fruits (mango, pineapple, dragon fruit, rambutan)
  • 1/2 cup Fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup Fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 minced Red chili
  • 1/4 cup Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup crushed Roasted peanuts

Instructions:

  1. 1. Cut the tropical fruits into small cubes. Toss them in a large salad bowl.
  2. 2. finely chop the fresh mint and cilantro leaves, and add them to the salad bowl.
  3. 3. Add the minced red chili to the salad bowl.
  4. 4. In a small bowl, mix together the lime juice, fish sauce, and brown sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  5. 5. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  6. 6. Top the salad with the crushed peanuts before serving.
