
Exotic Thai Beef Salad

Ingredients:
- 500 grams beef sirloin
- 2 tablespoons fresh coriander
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint leave
- 2 pieces chili peppers
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 piece, medium size cucumber
- 1 piece, small size red onion
- 20 pieces cherry tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon raw sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
- Marinate the beef sirloin with a mixture of lime juice, fish sauce, raw sugar, pepper, and finely chopped chili peppers for 15 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat, add the marinated beef and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side, then let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Cut cucumber into thin slices, chop red onion, and halve cherry tomatoes.
- Thinly slice the rested beef.
- In a bowl, combine cucumber, red onion, cherry tomatoes, fresh coriander, mint leaves, and sliced beef.
- Drizzle the remaining marinade over the salad and lightly toss everything together.
- Serve immediately as it is, or chill in the refrigerator before serving.
