
Exotic Thai Basil Egg Stir Fry

Ingredients:
- 4 whole Eggs
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 cup Thai Basil Leaves
- 2 whole Bird's Eye Chilies
- 2 tbsp Fish Sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Cooking oil
Instructions:
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them until the yolks and whites are fully mixed. Set aside.
- Mince the garlic and bird's eye chilies.
- Heat the cooking oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and chilies and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the beaten eggs to the pan and scramble them. When the eggs are fully cooked, transfer them to a separate dish.
- In the same pan, add the fish sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Return the scrambled eggs to the pan and toss them in the sauce to coat.
- Add the Thai basil leaves and stir briefly until they are wilted. Remove the pan from the heat.
- Serve the dish hot with steamed jasmine rice.
