
Exotic Szechuan Fish Snack

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces Fish fillets
- 1 tablespoon Szechuan peppercorns
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 inch piece Ginger
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 2 stalks Green onions
- 1 teaspoon Ground Szechuan peppercorns
- 2 pieces Red chili peppers
- enough for frying Cooking oil
Instructions:
- Clean the fish fillets and pat them dry.
- Grind the Szechuan peppercorns to a coarse powder.
- Mix together the garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sugar, and cornstarch in a bowl to make a marinade.
- Marinate the fish in this mixture and leave it aside for 10 minutes.
- Heat the cooking oil in a pan.
- Fry the marinated fish until it’s golden and crispy on both sides, then set aside.
- Using a small amount of the used oil, stir-fry the red chili peppers, Szechuan peppercorns, and chopped green onions until fragrant.
- Lay the cooked fish on a plate, spoon the stir-fried spices over the top, and it's ready to serve.
