
Exotic Southern Fried Chicken

Ingredients:
- 8 pieces Chicken drumstick
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 2 cups Buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons Exotic Cajun seasoning
- enough for deep frying n/a Vegetable oil
Instructions:
- Rinse the chicken drumsticks and pat dry with a towel.
- Season the drumsticks with salt, black pepper and half of the Cajun seasoning.
- Dip each drumstick into the buttermilk and then roll in flour.
- Do this for all the drumsticks and set aside for 10-15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pan to 375°F (190°C).
- Add the rest of the Cajun seasoning to the hot oil.
- Fry the chicken drumsticks, a few at a time, for about 10 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
