Exotic Pulled Pork Burgers with Pineapple Slaw

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs pork shoulder
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 cup pineapple, shredded
- 1 cup carrot, shredded
- 1 cup white cabbage, shredded
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 4 pcs hamburger buns
Instructions:
- Rub the pork shoulder with the brown sugar and place in a slow cooker.
- Pour the BBQ sauce over the pork, cover the slow cooker, and let cook for 6 hours on low.
- Hours before serving, mix together the shredded pineapple, shredded carrot, shredded cabbage, and apple cider vinegar in a bowl to make the pineapple slaw. Refrigerate until needed.
- Once the pork is cooked and tender, remove it from the slow cooker and pull it apart using two forks.
- To serve, put some pulled pork on a hamburger bun, top with the pineapple slaw, and enjoy this exotic American lunch!
