
Exotic Midnight Truffle Tagliatelle

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Tagliatelle pasta
- 30 grams Fresh black truffles
- 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 2 cloves Garlic
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Instructions:
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the tagliatelle pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
- While the pasta is cooking, melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer; cook for 2 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in the parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
- Toss the cooked pasta in the creamy sauce until well coated.
- Shave the fresh black truffles over the pasta. Serve immediately and enjoy your exotic French treat!
