Exotic Midnight Truffle Tagliatelle

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams Tagliatelle pasta
  • 30 grams Fresh black truffles
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the tagliatelle pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer; cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat to low and stir in the parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
  6. Toss the cooked pasta in the creamy sauce until well coated.
  7. Shave the fresh black truffles over the pasta. Serve immediately and enjoy your exotic French treat!
