Exotic Midnight Pan-Seared Fish

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces Fish fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • to taste Sea salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 2 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 1 piece Lemon
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 bunch Fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup White wine
  • 1 tablespoon Capers

Instructions:

  1. Season the fish fillets with sea salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the fish fillets and cook until golden brown on both sides. Set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add the chopped garlic, butter, fresh juice of a lemon, white wine, and capers.
  4. Stir for a couple of minutes, until the sauce thickens.
  5. Return the fish to the pan and spoon the sauce over the fillets. Simmer for a few minutes.
  6. Garnish with parsley, and serve hot with your favorite side.
