
Exotic Midnight Pan-Seared Fish

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces Fish fillets
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- to taste Sea salt
- to taste Black pepper
- 2 pieces Garlic cloves
- 1 piece Lemon
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 bunch Fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup White wine
- 1 tablespoon Capers
Instructions:
- Season the fish fillets with sea salt and black pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the fish fillets and cook until golden brown on both sides. Set aside.
- In the same pan, add the chopped garlic, butter, fresh juice of a lemon, white wine, and capers.
- Stir for a couple of minutes, until the sauce thickens.
- Return the fish to the pan and spoon the sauce over the fillets. Simmer for a few minutes.
- Garnish with parsley, and serve hot with your favorite side.
