Exotic Midnight Grilled Tandoori Fish

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces Boneless fish fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Tandoori masala
  • 0.5 cup Yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • a handful Fresh coriander leaves

Instructions:

  1. Clean the fish fillets and pat them dry.
  2. In a bowl, mix together tandoori masala, yoghurt, lemon juice, garlic paste, ginger paste, cayenne and black pepper.
  3. Season the fish fillets with salt and then marinate them in the prepared mixture. Leave the fish to marinate for about 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat your grill on a medium heat.
  5. Brush the grill with some vegetable oil and then place the marinated fish fillets on it.
  6. Grill the fish for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until it is cooked through.
  7. Garnish the grilled fish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
