
Exotic Midnight Grilled Tandoori Fish

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces Boneless fish fillets
- 2 tablespoons Tandoori masala
- 0.5 cup Yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
- 0.5 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- a handful Fresh coriander leaves
Instructions:
- Clean the fish fillets and pat them dry.
- In a bowl, mix together tandoori masala, yoghurt, lemon juice, garlic paste, ginger paste, cayenne and black pepper.
- Season the fish fillets with salt and then marinate them in the prepared mixture. Leave the fish to marinate for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill on a medium heat.
- Brush the grill with some vegetable oil and then place the marinated fish fillets on it.
- Grill the fish for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until it is cooked through.
- Garnish the grilled fish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
