Exotic Midnight Fruit Stir-fry

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Mixed fresh fruits (Pineapple, Dragon fruit, Fuji Apples)
  • 1 pc Green bell pepper
  • 0.5 pc Red Onion
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 2 cups Cooked Jasmine Rice

Instructions:

  1. Prepare all the fruit by cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Slice the bell pepper and onion into thin slices and mince the garlic.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the garlic and onions and stir-fry until the onions become translucent and the garlic smells fragrant.
  5. Add the bell pepper and stir-fry for another minute.
  6. Add your fruit and stir-fry until they are just warm.
  7. Pour in the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper. Stir well to mix everything.
  8. Serve the stir-fry immediately over cooked jasmine rice. Enjoy your exotic late-night snack!
