
Exotic Midnight Fruit Stir-fry

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Mixed fresh fruits (Pineapple, Dragon fruit, Fuji Apples)
- 1 pc Green bell pepper
- 0.5 pc Red Onion
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- 2 cups Cooked Jasmine Rice
Instructions:
- Prepare all the fruit by cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
- Slice the bell pepper and onion into thin slices and mince the garlic.
- Heat the olive oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and onions and stir-fry until the onions become translucent and the garlic smells fragrant.
- Add the bell pepper and stir-fry for another minute.
- Add your fruit and stir-fry until they are just warm.
- Pour in the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper. Stir well to mix everything.
- Serve the stir-fry immediately over cooked jasmine rice. Enjoy your exotic late-night snack!
