
Exotic Midnight Burger

Ingredients:
- 1 pound Ground Bison (or beef if unavailable)
- 4 pieces Hawaiian or Brioche Buns
- 4 slices Gouda Cheese, sliced
- 1 whole Avocado
- to taste Mayonnaise
- 2 Fried Egg
- 2 Pineapple Ring
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Instructions:
- 1. Prepare the grill, or a skillet if grilling is not possible.
- 2. Season the ground bison with salt and black pepper.
- 3. Form into patties and grill on each side for about 5 minutes or until desired doneness.
- 4. Grill the pineapple rings until they have nice grill marks.
- 5. Toast the buns on the grill or in a toaster.
- 6. Spread a generous amount of mayonnaise on each bun.
- 7. Place a grilled patty on each bun, followed by a slice of cheese, a grilled pineapple ring, a slice of avocado, and finally top with the fried egg.
