
Exotic Mexican Seafood Tacos

Ingredients:
- 1 medium Octopus
- 500 grams Shrimp
- 12 pieces Corn tortillas
- 1 bunch Fresh coriander
- 2 large Avocados
- 2 pieces Lime
- 200 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Instructions:
- Clean the octopus and boil it in salted water for about 45 minutes until it is soft. Let it cool and then cut it into small pieces.
- Clean the shrimp and marinate it with lime juice, cumin powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3 minutes. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set them aside.
- In the same skillet, add the octopus pieces and cook for about 3 minutes until they are heated through.
- Dice the avocados and cherry tomatoes. Chop the coriander and squeeze the juice from the remaining lime.
- On each tortilla, spread some avocado and add the shrimp and octopus. Top it with diced tomatoes and coriander. Spritz with some lime juice and serve.
