
Exotic Mexican Fruit Salsa with Grilled Chicken

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces Boneless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
- 1 large Mango
- 1/2 Pineapple
- 2 pieces Kiwi
- 1 piece Jalapeno
- 1/2 Red onion
- handful Cilantro
- 1 piece Lime
Instructions:
- Preheat a grill over medium-high heat.
- Drizzle chicken with olive oil and season with salt and pepper, then grill until cooked through, 6-8 minutes per side.
- While the chicken is cooking, prepare the salsa. Dice the mango, pineapple, kiwi, jalapeno, and red onion. Mix together in a bowl.
- Chop the cilantro and add to the bowl.
- Cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice over the salsa. Stir well.
- Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Serve the grilled chicken with the fruit salsa on top. Enjoy your exotic taste of Mexico!
