
Exotic Mexican Fish Tacos

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces White Fish Fillets
- 4 pieces Corn Tortillas
- 1 piece Avocado
- 1 piece Lime
- 1/2 cup Fresh Cilantro
- 1 piece Jalapeno Pepper
- 1/2 cup Black Beans
- 1/2 cup Queso Fresco
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Instructions:
- Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat and cook the fish fillets for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they are fully cooked and flaky.
- Meanwhile, warm the corn tortillas on a skillet on medium heat until they are soft and pliable.
- Mash the avocado in a bowl and squeeze the lime juice over it. Season with a pinch of salt.
- Slice the jalapeno pepper and chop the cilantro.
- Assemble the tacos by spreading the mashed avocado on each tortilla, then add the cooked fish, black beans, jalapeno slices, crumbled queso fresco, and chopped cilantro.
- Serve immediately with extra lime wedges on the side for squeezing.
