Exotic Mexican Fish Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces White Fish Fillets
  • 4 pieces Corn Tortillas
  • 1 piece Avocado
  • 1 piece Lime
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Cilantro
  • 1 piece Jalapeno Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Black Beans
  • 1/2 cup Queso Fresco
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and cook the fish fillets for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they are fully cooked and flaky.
  3. Meanwhile, warm the corn tortillas on a skillet on medium heat until they are soft and pliable.
  4. Mash the avocado in a bowl and squeeze the lime juice over it. Season with a pinch of salt.
  5. Slice the jalapeno pepper and chop the cilantro.
  6. Assemble the tacos by spreading the mashed avocado on each tortilla, then add the cooked fish, black beans, jalapeno slices, crumbled queso fresco, and chopped cilantro.
  7. Serve immediately with extra lime wedges on the side for squeezing.
