
Exotic Mexican Chicken Street Tacos

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces Chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 2 pieces Lime
- 1 bunch Fresh cilantro
- 8 pieces Corn tortillas
- 1 piece Avocado
- 0.5 piece Red onion
- 2 pieces Jalapeño peppers
- 1 bowl Exotic fruit salsa mix (mango, pineapple, kiwi)
Instructions:
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and cumin, then grill them until they're fully cooked. Allow them to cool, then shred them.
- Prepare your toppings: Slice the lime into wedges, chop the cilantro, dice the avocado, mince the red onion, and slice the jalapeño peppers.
- Warm the tortillas on a skillet over medium heat until they're soft and pliable.
- To assemble each taco, place some shredded chicken on a tortilla, then avocado, red onion, jalapeno peppers, and fresh cilantro. Finish with a squeeze of lime juice and a spoonful of exotic fruit salsa.
- Serve the tacos immediately, with the remaining lime wedges and salsa on the side.
