Exotic Mexican Chicken

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
- 2 pieces garlic cloves
- 2 peppers chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 1 piece avocado
- 12 pieces corn tortillas
Instructions:
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and red chili flakes.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden, about 5-7 minutes each side.
- While the chicken is cooking, blend the garlic, chipotle peppers, orange and lime juice in a blender until smooth.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and let it simmer for about 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Chop the cilantro and slice the avocado.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry pan over medium heat.
- Serve the chicken on the tortillas, garnished with cilantro and slices of avocado.
